Cody and Austin built Southern Dream Homes from that personal beginning. The Hilbun Modern Farmhouse became an early part of the story—and a reminder that every home begins with someone’s trust.

Whitney’s first home build in 2021 sparked a move from nursing into custom home design and construction. Today, she guides clients through meetings, selections and design presentations, staying involved through the final details and punch list.
Getting to know each client is her starting point. Away from work, she enjoys quiet time with family and cooking and baking for the people she loves.
Reggie Carter
Project Manager
Reggie brings more than 40 years of residential building experience to SDH. He coordinates the trades and their schedules, paying close attention to the details that keep a build moving smoothly. When a project needs explanation or troubleshooting, he helps work through it.
He enjoys the daily rhythm of a jobsite and time outdoors. Away from the build, you’ll often find him fishing.
